The Pop-Up Pizza Experience
San Antonio’s Wood-Fired Pizza is a mobile, pop-up pizza spot, firing up fresh pies on Eagle Street in Brooklyn, NY, every Friday night from 4–9 PM—plus additional pop-ups announced on Instagram. You can also find us at food festivals and private events all over the tri-state area, bringing wood-fired perfection wherever we go.
Meet Chef Anthony
Born in Brooklyn, I spent three years in Italy as a child before moving back to NYC and growing up in Queens. Hospitality and a love for great food run in my family, and my passion for cooking is a gift I’m excited to share.
With years of experience working in some of NYC's top pizza spots and catering companies, I’m proud to bring you San Antonio's Wood-Fired Pizza. Hope you enjoy!
San Antonio’s: The Name Explained
The founding of San Antonio's Wood-Fired Pizza is inspired by St. Anthony of Padua.
The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal have encouraged me to share my gift of hospitality in the spirit of St. Anthony, the Patron of Lost Things. Whenever I lose something, San Antonio always helps me find it.
We cook in a traditional wood-fired Italian oven, creating pizza and food that transport you straight to Italy.
At San Antonio's, our staff is dedicated to providing service with heart, embodying the true spirit of Italy.
