In today's culture of unhealthy fast food, eating well can be difficult. Our menu offers healthy options. Our pizza dough is proofed over 12 hours allowing it to be light and airy.

Working most of my life in some of the best pizza restaurants and catering companies in NYC has prepared me to start San Antonio's Wood Fired Pizza. Hope you enjoy!
The founding and roots of San Antonio's Wood Fired Pizza, came from St. Anthony.
The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal have encouraged me to use my gift of hospitality in the Spirit of St. Anthony, the Patron of lost things. crazy enough, every time I lose something San Antonio finds it for me.
We cook in a traditional wood fired Italian oven, the pizza and food take you to Italy.
Our staff at San Antonio's are committed to service that comes from the heart and spirit of Italy
We will arrive about one hour before the start of your event to setup and get the oven hot.
Our pizzas are made on site,and cook them in our mobile wood fired pizza oven.
We serve everything buffet style which allows your guests to sample all the flavors of pizza you selected and helps maintain a smooth flow of service.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date of event. Full payment is due prior to the start of the event
Sales tax will be added to the invoice
A travel fee of $25 fee is included in the Invoice.
We only serve the Metropolitan area of New York.
We require enough space to park the oven 14ft x 12ft, the oven can be setup any where you can park a car. If there is a gate in the pathway of the setup location there needs to be a minimum of 96" clearance to get the oven through the opening.
Here at San Antonio's, we teach the art of making pizza. If it's your kids birthday, what better way to enjoy pizza with your friends than to make your own pizza or share it with others.
